OCR: Set Alignment Grid... SHIFT W Lets you set an an Alignment Grid for use as an aid in laying out your document. The lines of the Alignment Grid exert an invisible "force that attracts objects as they're moved on the screen making if easier to align them. To set up an Alignment Grid Choose Set Alignment Grid. from the OPTIONS menu. The Alignment G dialog box will appear In the options displayed by the dialog box, enter values to specify margins the numbers of columns and rows and the spacing between columns and rows. All margin values are based on the measuring systen in effect, and are measured from the edge of the page After you choose your Alignment Grid options, click on OK or press the RETURN key Publish It! Easy will automatically turn the Alignment Grid on.
